This weekend C had to work, so I spent some time perusing the internet shopping for my kids for the summer. As I type this, it’s 53 degrees and raining…. But I know that hot weather is coming and in an effort to make myself FEEL like it’s coming, I did some summer shopping. This summer we are planning on hiking a lot, we have 3 camping trips planned, and I have BIG plans of getting to the pool multiple times a week. I broke down what I found based on adventure, summer play, and swim.
The shorts, pants, and tshirt are all from Patagonia. I wanted pants to help stave off mosquitos, and the shorts will dry very quickly (all our campsites are at lakes this summer).
This green hat is $20 off Amazon. G still has her sunhat from last year that fits, but A needed a new one. The Keen sandals I bought last summer used from REI (did you know they have a used area in their stores?).
Those canvas overalls are adorable. Not sure they’ll make it into my kids’ summer wardrobe, but a mom can dream.
All the tanks, tees, and shorts above are either from Les Gamins, Childhoods Clothing, or a new-to-me shop called Oso & Me. Les Gamins and Childhoods Clothing can truly hold up to spills and all the washing machine visits and tumbles and spills that kids make. I’ve gone on and on in the past about how much I love Les Gamins, and it’s still true. I’m always so impressed with their clothes.
Oso & Me has the cutest clothes. I can’t attest to their quality yet since I haven’t owned any of their clothes yet. But wow they have cute stuff.
Links are below. If you’re too lazy to go through each link, I’ve linked it all on my LTK shop as well.

I’m determined to get to our neighborhood pool a lot this summer. I’ve told mom friends that I’m going and that they’re invited, and if they go to their pool to invite us too. It’s easy to accidentally not expose your kids to the pool or just water in general here because our summer season is so short.
I’ve been so impressed with Pearl Street Swim. This top and these shorts are the swimsuit A has and it’s been awesome. I got G this one shown above from Riley & Crew. I have no idea the quality since we have yet to use it (see above about it being 53 degrees and raining).
