Four Things On My Mind This Week

1. Spring In Portland

Everything is blooming in Portland! And when you think it’s almost done and the season is wrapping up, an entire new batch of flowers pops up out of nowhere. These flower photos were taken this weekend on my quick walk to our coffee shop. So beautiful!

2. Sweat’s PWR Program

I wrapped up Sweat’s High Intensity 2.0 this month, and after taking a week off I’m starting the PWR program by Kelsey Wells. This is my first time starting a program not by Kayla Itsines on the app, so I’m excited to give it a try.

3. Last Week Of Year 32

Next week I turn 33! I’m spending this week reflecting on the past year and things I’ve done and the massive blessings in my life. I’ve got some fun plans next weekend that include brunch here with my family, some vanilla cake, and hopefully a cocktail by C.

4. Boxed Blueberry Muffins

These boxed blueberry muffins I made for Easter breakfast are so delicious. They are gluten free and can easily be baked with a dairy substitute. I threw an entire box of blueberries in the mix and the end result was somewhat mind blowing. So tasty!!! Can’t recommend them enough.
