Favorite Cookbooks

Pinterest is helpful, but I find a lot of joy in flipping through cookbooks. I began collecting cookbooks two years ago and it’s become a fun hobby that, much like a coffee table book, adds some character when displayed in my kitchen.

Cook This Book has an amazing feature where you can scan a QR code and it will take you to a video. I learned how to properly chop an onion as well as how to perfectly make stove top rice (page 169, fyi). True Comfort gave me the best healthy big mac salad and a delicious burrito bowl recipe. And the tortilla soup in Half Baked Harvest’s Super Simple is something we made all winter.

Below are 8 cookbooks that are either in my kitchen already or that I’ll be adding at some point this year.

Half Baked Harvest Super Simple by Tieghan Gerard
Cook This Book by Molly Baz

Snacking Cakes by Yossy Arefi
Eat Dairy Free by Alisa Fleming

Whole Food Cooking Every Day by Amy Chaplin
